Stolen Mac?

If your Undercover-enabled Mac has been stolen, please fill out our theft form. We will contact you within 24 hours to sort out all the details.

Stolen iPhone?

Login to your account at https://www.retrievemyiphone.com to report your device stolen. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter theft information and police details.

Make sure to have a look at the Undercover Mac F.A.Q. or the Undercover iPhone F.A.Q. It contains many answers to questions that are regularly asked. If you can't find the solution over there, feel free to contact us.

Customer satisfaction

We are very serious about our relations with you. If you are not completely satisfied with our products we will fully refund you within 30 days after purchase.

Phone support

We can't offer phone support because we are often busy coding. However, if we are online, you can send us an instant message using iChat. See the sidebar on this page. If we are not available for a chat, email is the most efficient way to talk to us. We always reply within 3 business days (in most cases it will only take a couple of hours).

We offer free NFR evaluation copies of our software. If you are a journalist, speaker at a MUG or you have a popular Mac-related blog, drop us a note and we will send you a license key. Don't forget to include your URL!
