Kagi allows to lookup your license key on their order tracking page.

Upgrading to Undercover 4?

The upgrade is free for all registered Undercover users. Simply download the installer from the Undercover homepage and run the installer.

Stolen Mac or iPhone?

If your Undercover-enabled Mac or iPhone has been stolen, please login to your account at https://www.undercovercenter.com.

If you are running an older version of Undercover, you can still report your Mac stolen at http://orbicule.com/theft.

Customer satisfaction

We are very serious about our relations with you. If you are not completely satisfied with our products we will fully refund Undercover within 30 days after purchase.

Phone support

We can't offer phone support because we are often busy coding. However, if we are online, you can send us an instant message using iChat. See the sidebar on this page. If we are not available for a chat, email is the most efficient way to talk to us. We always reply within 3 business days (in most cases it will only take a couple of hours).

We offer free NFR evaluation copies of our software. If you are a journalist, speaker at a MUG or you have a popular Mac-related blog, drop us a note and we will send you a license key. Don't forget to include your URL!
