Stolen iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad?
If your Undercover-enabled iOS device has been stolen, please login to your account at https://www.undercovercenter.com to start the tracking.
Customer satisfaction
We are very serious about our relations with you. If you are not completely satisfied with our products we will fully refund Undercover within 30 days after purchase.
Phone support
We can't offer phone support because we are often busy coding. However, if we are online, you can send us an instant message using iChat. See the contact box on the left on this page. If we are not available for a chat, email is the most efficient way to talk to us. We always reply within 3 business days (in most cases it will only take a couple of hours).
