New Undercover Recovery Record in Arizona: 3h7min

"Once again your software has proven invaluable to us. As you know, we implemented the use of Undercover at the beginning of 2011 for all student computers at our college. I manage an IT Department responsible for 700+ computers per year. Along with those kinds of numbers, we are bound to see issues of theft, damage, etc.

A group of our students were working at a graduation party last Friday night. One of the guests at the party ended up stealing one of our students' laptops. The students gave chase, and a large fight broke out, sending one person to the hospital. Unfortunately the suspects got away. I was notified of the incident the following morning and immediately activated Undercover. No activity was reported until Wednesday

Wednesday morning the computer was found online at 10am. By utilizing the photos, screenshots, and IP address maps of Undercover, I was able to coordinate with law enforcement and two suspects were found and arrested 3 hours and 7 minutes later. This is the fastest turnaround we have ever had on a theft case. The case and outcome is ongoing, but I wanted to reach out and let you know that once again this software saved us a laptop and brought two criminals in. "
